The Brazilian playmaker is set to sign for the Premier League in a deal worth around €12m, with Sky Sport Italia confirming that his medical examination has been a success. The 20-year-old has struggled to make an impression at San Siro since his arrival from Vasco da Gama in 2010. The Brazil international has made just 47 appearances for the club, scoring five goals.
