LIVERPOOL have completed the signing of Iago Aspas for a reported fee of £6.6m.
Aspas had been linked with a move to Swansea recently, but Liverpool as we revealed, were lining up a cut-price move for him.
Brendan Rodgers has been on the hunt for a frontman, with Luis Suarez out for 10 games.
Though Aspas' buyout clause stood at £8.5m were Celta Vigo to get relegated, it seems that Liverpool have managed to strike a good deal for him.
Aspas has been described as a player blessed with pace and is a clinical finisher.
This season, he hit 11 goals in 32 appearances for the La Liga outfit.
