Liverpool FC are still in negotiations to sign Sporting Lisbon defender Tiago Ilori - but they had expected that deal to have been concluded by now. Ilori is currently with Portugial at the U20 World Cup in Turkey. Another Sporting starlet, winger Bruma, has caught the eye of Reds scouts there, though there is said to be very little chance of Liverpool making a move for the highly-rated 18-year-old this summer. Scouts have also been watching Barcelona forward Gerard Deulofeu, who is in action for Spain. Deulofeu had been expected to join Sevilla on loan, but Liverpool have made tentative enquiries over the possibility of taking the 19-year-old for the season.
