Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham are on red alert after Barcelona decided to allow young star Gerard Deulofeu to spend a season out on loan. The 19-year-old is seen as one of the brightest youngsters in Europe and has been linked with the Premier League trio, as well as Champions League finalists Borussia Dortmund. And Barcelona are willing to allow the Spaniard to leave on loan to either a club in England or Germany. The Catalan side are aware that Deulofeu is unlikely to make the breakthrough into the Barcelona first-team this season due to the purchase of Neymar to play alongside Lionel Messi, while the likes of David Villa, Pedro and Cesc Fabregas are also all able to play in the front three. And that means he will be allowed to go out on loan, with Barcelona certain to make it clear there is no chance of the deal becoming permanent at the end of the season as they see his long-term future at the Nou Camp.
