Arsenal and Liverpool are both set to be locked in a transfer tussle for Atletico Madrid star Arda Turan. The 26-year-old has been on Arsenal's radar before although have never firmed up their interest. And according to reports in Turkey, Turan is high on both clubs' wishlists. Turkish paper Milliyet has it that Arsenal and Liverpool are both looking at Turan with a view to trying to buy him in January. They also suggest that both Premier League clubs have dispatched scouts to run the rule over the player.
