Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool target Jorginho is not for sale, according to Verona.
The 21-year-old has been a revelation this season, scoring five goals in his first eight Serie A games.
Arsenal and Chelsea both had scouts in attendance for Verona's 3-2 win over Parma last Sunday - a game in which Jorginho scored twice - while Liverpool are thought to be looking for back-up for Philippe Coutinho after missing out on Willian and Henrikh Mkhitaryan in the summer.
Inter Milan are also interested in the youngster, but Verona insist they are more concerned with maintaining their fine form than selling their best young players.
"It is pleasing that people are talking about our players, every game is an exam for them to show their quality," sporting director Sean Sogliano told the press as his side go into the weekend in fourth place in Serie A.
"However, we are eager to collect points rather than to start selling our players.
"This is a really satisfying moment right now, but we have to keep our feet on the ground and get what we need to avoid relegation.
"I hope that our players can keep impressing."
