Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is still keen on Arda Turan and will reportedly make a move for the Atletico Madrid winger in January.
The Reds were linked with the Turkey international in the summer but Turan remained in Madrid.
Atletico are keen to keep hold of the playmaker and when linked with the likes of Liverpool, Arsenal and Galatasaray in the summer, Turan stressed he had no desire to walk away from the Vicente Calderon.
Liverpool, however, are ready to make another move for the 26-year-old when the transfer window reopens, according to recent speculation.
The Anfield side will face competition from Premier League rivals Arsenal but it remains to be seen as to whether the forward will consider a January move away from Madrid.
