Sources in Spain suggested that Liverpool were prepared to offer £6m for the 20-year-old. The Reds' transfer activity thus far has already seen them sign up Spaniards Iago Aspas and Luis Alberto. Although competition for places is high at the Bernebeu with Karim Benzema and Gonzalo Higuain standing in his way of a berth up front, Morata has no desire to leave. "I'm training well and want to stay in Madrid," Morata said. "The club and coach want me to stay. I do not have to turn down any offers because I have not received any. "I just want to play here.
