Brendan Rodgers wants Chelsea winger Victor Moses on a season-long loan at Liverpool. Moses, who travelled with the Chelsea squad to Manchester and may make the bench on Monday night for the game against Man United, can leave Stamford Bridge. Chelsea want a £2million loan fee for the 22-year-old, but Liverpool will try to secure his release on reduced terms. Moses earns £55,000 a week at Chelsea and Liverpool are reluctant to match that. But they are still hopeful of a deal as Moses prepares to leave Chelsea before the transfer deadline on September 2. Rodgers hopes his long-standing relationship with Mourinho will help steer the deal in Liverpool's direction this week. Moses has been told that Chelsea are unlikely to agree to his sale, but they will let the winger leave for a season. The chances of Moses - and Juan Mata - of getting in the Chelsea team have been reduced by the £30m arrival of Willian from Anzhi Makhachkala.
