The agent of Atletico Madrid star Arda Turan has strongly intimated that Arsenal and Liverpool are interested in signing his client and claimed the winger is keen on a switch to England. Atletico want to hang on to the 26-year-old winger but could be forced to let the former Galatasaray player speak to a suitor if his £20million release clause is met. Bulut said: 'The club does not want to sell Arda. However, if we were to get an offer equal to his €24m buy-out clause Atletico should listen to such a proposal. "Arsenal and Liverpool? A destination in the Premier League would be to the liking of the player and I can confirm there are clubs interested, like the two mentioned. "At the moment there are no concrete offers, only enquiries." Bulut also told a Turkish TV channel a move to the Premier League was 'likely'. Galatasaray president Unal Aysal, though, has cast doubt on the sincerity of Bulut's comments by claiming the Turkey international wants to return to Istanbul.
