Arsenal and Liverpool have made enquiries for Atletico Madrid winger Arda Turan according to agent Ahmet Bulut.

"The club does not want to sell Arda. However, if we were to get an offer equal to his €24m buy-out clause Atletico should listen to such a proposal," Bulut Tuttomercatoweb.com.

"Arsenal and Liverpool? A destination in the Premier League would be to the liking of the player and I can confirm there are clubs interested, like the two mentioned.

"At the moment there are no concrete offers, only enquiries."

The latest developments follow Bulut claiming that Arda moving to England was likely to go ahead.

"A transfer to England is likely," Bulut told NTV.

Atleti have rejected all previous offers for Turan insisting that any club interested meet his €24 million minimum-fee release clause.

Turan was signed by the Rojiblancos in 2011 for €12 million making him the most expensive transfer to leave the Turkish Süper Lig.

The Turkish international has become an integral part of Diego Simeone's side and started in Atleti's 3-1 win over Sevilla on the weekend.

Turan was part of the Europa League as well as the Super Cup winning Atleti side in 2011-12 and lifted the Copa Del Rey last season. The Atleti playmaker scored six goals in 21 games last season.
