Sky have announced their exciting line-up for the new season, with Jamie Redknapp appearing on a revamped Saturday show in front of a live audience and Jamie Carragher joining Gary Neville on Monday Night Football.
Sportsmail columnist Redknapp, along with host David Jones, will be the face of their revamped Saturday show - with a live Premier League game - and a live audience to debate the major issues.
And then Carragher and Neville, two outspoken former rivals, will go head-to-head on their Monday night show. It is believed Carragher has been in training throughout the summer to prepare for the task.
Sky are also offering a free opening weekend, as they look to fend off the threat of debut brodcasters BT, who offer their entire sports package to their broadband users at no extra cost.
A press release from the broadcaster said: 'Sky Sports will launch its biggest ever season of Premier League football by offering free live action from the first day of the season for every home in Britain.
'From August, Sky Sports viewers can enjoy more live Barclays Premier League matches than ever before. There will be 116 live fixtures on Sky Sports featuring the big head to heads and every club at least five times across Saturday evenings, Sunday double-headers, Monday nights and bank holidays.'
