Liverpool target Nacer Chadli is ready to spurn the advances of Shakhtar Dontesk and bide his time to move to the Premier League.
The FC Twente midfielder was integral to the Eredivisie outfit last season, as he notched up 34 appearances.
We reported earlier this month that Liverpool and Spurs were handed a boost by his agent's comments as he said that his client is 'attracted by English football'.
Although Shakhtar are pushing for a move, Chadli's agent, Daniel Evrard, has said his client harbours a strong desire to go to the Premier League.
"It is hard to choose Ukraine this early in the transfer window, when everyone around him wants to see him play on a Saturday in the Premier League, a competition he wants to go to really bad," Evrard told Dutch publication De Telegraaf.
"It is not easy for a player to take the right decision.
"Financially Shakhtar was very interesting and then it's hard to stay patient. But Chandli doesn't want to rush things."
Chadli's scoring ratio was impressive last season, as he hit 12 goals in 17 league appearances.
