Brendan Rodgers has been active in the market already this summer, having sealed deals for free agent Kolo Toure, Luis Alberto and Iago Aspas. And now he is set to turn his attention to Elia, currently at Werder Bremen. Liverpool's interest in the Dutchman dates back to his time at Hamburg but they missed out on him when he signed for Juventus.
