Galatasaray have emerged as surprise contenders to land Liverpool target Lucas Digne. talkSPORT told you last month that Paris Saint-Germain were closing in on a deal for the 19-year-old, who is rated as one of the best young left-backs in Europe. Fellow Ligue 1 moneybags Monaco were expected to provide the biggest competition to the capital club, but Galatasaray are ready to rival to both French clubs. The Turkish side recently snapped up Digne's former Lille team-mate Aurelien Chedjou and are willing to pay up to £13m to bring the France Under-20 international to Istanbul.
