Liverpool target Jose Callejon is close to joining Napoli, according to reports from Italy. The Real Madrid forward was a target for Brendan Rodgers as he looks to recruit attacking players ahead of the upcoming season. But former Liverpool boss Rafael Benitez appears to have won the race for Callejon's signature having agreed a deal worth around £7m for the Spaniard, according to Tutto Napoli. It has been reported that Callejon will sign a four-year deal with Napoli, ending any chances of him moving to the Premier League this summer.
