Liverpool could make a January move for PSG midfielder Javier Pastore, according to a report in Gazzetta Dello Sport.
Arsenal and Chelsea were linked with Pastore in the summer but were unable to make a successful offer for the 24-year-old.
Now it seems Brendan Rodgers is eager to add to his growingly congested midfield and could look to set up a deal for when the transfer window reopens.
Although Pastore is believed to be a key part of Laurent Blanc's plans at the Parc des Princes, the Argentinean is keen to make his mark elsewhere.
There could be some confusion, though, with Pastore particularly adept at the No. 10 role, which is likely to become Philippe Coutinho's this season.
