Liverpool will have to battle Juventus if they are to sign striker Lacina Traore, according to reports in Italy.
Reds boss Brendan Rodgers has been linked with a move for the big Ivorian as his time at Anzhi Makhachkala looks to be over.
CSKA Moscow and Zenit St Petersburg have also been touted as possible destinations but Juve could be the first to bid for the 23-year-old in January.
The Old Lady already have strikers in abudance with Carlos Tevez, Mirko Vucinic, Fabio Quagliarella and Fernando Llorente on the books.
But the Serie A champions are believed to be keen on adding Traore, who has four goals and six caps for the Ivory Coast, to their ranks too.
