Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has downplayed speculation Xherdan Shaqiri is poised to leave Bayern Munich, with Liverpool reportedly interested.
The attacking midfielder has been linked with a move to Anfield following the big-money arrivals of Mario Gotze and Thiago, from Barcelona and Borussia Dortmund respectively.
However, Rummenigge has revealed Bayern have yet to receive any offers for the former Basel man and expects Shaqiri will remain a part of Pep Guardiola's plans for next season.
"Nobody called about Shaqiri," he told reporters. "Right now there are no plans [to sell him].
"The coach is completely satisfied with him, I think we will go into the season with the current squad."
