Napoli could be set to continue their summer spending spree after agreeing terms with Porto star Jackson Martinez - although Liverpool and Tottenham are not yet out of the race to sign the £35million-rated striker. Both Liverpool and Spurs have been linked with moves for the prolific Colombian international in recent months - after he scored 29 goals in 38 games for Porto last season. And while Napoli could add Martinez to their ranks this summer - the player's agent has warned that they or any other suitors must pay the full £35m release clause in his contract. "There is an agreement with the player," Manuel Manzo told Sky Sport Italia over Napoli's interest in Martinez. "However, one with Porto is missing and they don't want to sell. "The only chance of a move happening, in my opinion, is if the Azzurri pay the €40m (£35m) rescission fee clause which is in his contract. Otherwise he won't move."
