Liverpool are set to wrap up a hat-trick of transfers on deadline day with Mamadou Sakho, Tiago Ilori and Victor Moses completing their moves to Anfield.
The three new arrivals, who all attended yesterday's 1-0 victory over Manchester United, will cost a combined total of around £23.5million.
Liverpool will pay Paris Saint-Germain £15million for France international Sakho, while young Portuguese defender Ilori is signing in a £7million deal.
Boss Brendan Rodgers will also boost his squad with the services of Chelsea winger Moses on a season-long loan deal. The Nigeria international will undergo a medical today.
The Reds had feared Moses would elude them with the Londoners initially keen for him to join a club they didn't view as a competitor for a Champions League spot. However, the 22-year-old's determination to make the switch to Anfield, coupled with Liverpool's willingness to pay a loan fee of around £1.5million, ensured that an agreement was reached.
Rodgers remains interested in Aston Villa keeper Shay Given as cover for Simon Mignolet and Brad Jones, but there are no guarantees that deal will materialise before tonight's 11pm deadline.
