Brendan Rodgers confirmed after Liverpool's victory over Manchester United that Victor Moses, Mamadou Sakho and Tiago Ilori were set to sign on Monday. Rodgers is happy with the squad he has assembled at Anfield but feels he still needs some reinforcements before the transfer window closes. He has targeted deals for Chelsea forward Moses, Sporting Lisbon centre-half Ilori and Paris St Germain defender Sakho, and all three were at the ground on Sunday to watch the Reds beat Manchester United. Rodgers is delighted to be closing in on such an exciting trio and does not anticipate any late problems in getting the transfers finalised. "We hope they can be completed," said the Liverpool manager. "I don't think there will be any confirmation until tomorrow. "We need that depth and we need more numbers.
