Arsenal and Liverpool are both in a tussle to sign Barcelona's Christian Tello in the summer.
The forward has grown in stature at Barca, though hasn't been an ever present feature in the team due to the form of Lionel Messi and Pedro.
Arsenal are on the hunt for a forward, and have been lining up a number of high-profile striking targets including Stevan Jovetic and Adrian.
And it looks like it is going to be a straight race between Arsenal and Liverpool for his signature.
Football website Inside Spanish Football claims Barca are worried about Tello's minimum release clause which is set at just £8.5m.
They also note that it would have been increased to £12m, but he hasn't played enough games this season for that to be the case.
Tello has weighed in with eight goals in all competitions for Barca so far this season.
