PREMIER LEAGUE sides Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham are following QPR goalkeeper Julio Cesar, who has allegedly ruled out a return to Brazil.
Cesar has had an impressive season for the Hoops, after displacing Rob Green as QPR's number one.
But the 33-year-old Brazil international could be set to leave the club at the end of the season following relegation, although his agent has denied he could head to his home nation.
Cesar is being tracked by Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur, while Manchester United were thought to be watching the shot-stopper in January.
"Everything said on the player's future is absolutely premature, there is still nothing concrete," Josias Cardoso told Calciomercato.
"Julio wants a team that proves it has a focus on him, but anyone interested in him will have to talk first with QPR, because the contract with the London club expires in 2016.
"In two weeks I should come to Europe to talk with Julio - but back to Brazil? I don't think so. If QPR were to decide to sell Julio Cesar, I still see a European future for him."
