Liverpool and Spurs are still in the hunt for Ajax midfielder Christian Eriksen. The 21-year-old has been continually linked with a move abroad with the two Premier League clubs harbouring a strong interest. He was also connected to Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund, however they recently denied their interest in the player. But Spurs and Liverpool will have been given encouragement by Eriksen's agents latest comments. "We still have contact with other clubs, but we never know if a transfer is really happening," his representative Martin Schoots told Danish paper Sporten.dk  "We don't want to speculate, and we always said that Christian has no urge to leave Ajax. This is the first summer that he's open for a transfer. "He will only leave if he can develop at a new club, otherwise he will stay at Ajax."
